Homegrown-Wheatgrass UK takes extreme precautions to make sure wheatgrass delivery is arranged in accordance to your needs due to the nature of the product.
Despatch of the frozen products is typically within 1-7 working days. The fresh product is only available for collection from Hollan-on-Sea, depending on juicing dates and lead time can vary from 1 day up to three weeks.
All our deliveries are despatched on a next day service. Before shipping we will contact you to confirm the day of your wheatgrass delivery. If you have any preferred days for receiving the parcel please let us know at the time of ordering by filling in the “Special instructions” section or any time before shipment by e-mail. You also have the option to arrange for the parcel to be delivered to a neighbour or left in a safe place.
We use appropriate packaging to keep the products frozen using gel packs and dry ice in an insulated box. Dry ice starts evaporating during transit and could be all gone by the time you open your package. However they might be some traces left, please be aware and follow the instructions found within the outer box before opening the insulated box within. Do not touch dry ice with bare hands!
Please transfer your frozen wheatgrass into a freezer as soon as possible.
Once a wheatgrass delivery has been organised, you will receive a confirmation by either e-mail or if you left us your mobile number at the time of order by a text message.
Homegrown-Wheatgrass UK shall not be liable for any delays caused except to the extent caused wilfully or negligently by Homegrown-Wheatgrass UK.
